1. Scope

These terms describe use of the ZX-GAME game catalog, built-in players, and community features. Registered players can maintain favorites, rate games, submit comments, and manage friend requests. The availability of a particular game and its features depends on its version and the website’s current settings.

2. Accounts and security

Creating an account requires a player name, email address, and password. The user confirms acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy, and a separate personal-data processing consent. Do not impersonate someone else, use another person’s email, or share your password.

Choose a name that avoids unnecessary personal information and respects other people’s rights. If your account appears to have been used without permission, change its password and contact the administrator. Anyone who needs a legal representative’s involvement to accept these terms should obtain that agreement before registering.

3. Comments and ratings

A rating expresses a player’s own opinion. Each account has one rating per game, which can be changed. Comments are for discussing the game, its rules, and your experience. They may be reviewed before publication and published at the administrator’s discretion.

  • Do not post links, advertisements, repetitive bulk messages, or program code.
  • Do not post abuse, threats, someone else’s contact details, or material you have no basis to publish.
  • Do not use multiple accounts or automated requests to manipulate ratings, send spam, or evade restrictions.
  • Do not attempt to access other users’ data or restricted areas, or interfere with the website.

4. Materials and ownership

Game titles, images, software, and platform names remain the property of their respective owners. Inclusion in the catalog does not give visitors an independent right to sell, republish, or redistribute that material. Historical photographs are subject to the terms stated in their captions and on the sources page.

When posting an original comment, a user permits its display as part of the game discussion and the technical processing needed for that purpose. This permission does not grant the administrator rights to unrelated uses of the comment.

5. Moderation and restrictions

The administrator may reject or remove a message, restrict an account, or delete an account for violating the rules. A decision can be reconsidered following a user inquiry. Include the account name, the reason for your request, and the information needed to understand what happened.

The administrator may correct catalog entries, add or remove game versions, update players, and perform maintenance. Old games can behave differently on different devices. Do not store information in game states or comments whose loss would cause significant harm.

6. Contact and changes

Questions about these terms and requests to correct data or delete an account can be sent through the contact form or to the email above. Before acting, the operator may ask you to verify your connection to the account. The current version appears on this page; material changes must be reflected by the operator in the updated text and the process used to inform users.
